A: 40% deposit in advance, balance by T/T before delivery.5. Q: What is the trade term?

A: Size is customized according to your pallet. You can tell us size of your pallet, then our engineer can suggest size for your racks.7. Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A: No MOQ is required. However, if your order is under 10 pcs and cannot be combined with other goods in a container, we suggest you buy from the local market to avoid high international freight.8. Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes, samples are available anytime. Due to the large size of our racks, we recommend checking raw materials first. If you already have a container ready for shipment, you can order any quantity you need.9. Q: What if problems occur during installation?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions. If needed, our engineers can guide you via phone, FaceTime, or video call.10. Q: Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
A: Yes, we have rich experience in customizing racking systems for OEM and ODM projects.11. Q: What is the difference between main rack and add-on rack?
A: Main racks have two uprights and can stand alone. Add-on racks have one upright and must be connected to a main rack.12. Q: How are the racks packed?
A: Usually flat packed with air bubble film. Wooden box packaging is also available upon request.13. Q: What if we can’t install it ourselves?
A: For large-scale racking or mezzanine floor projects, we can send technical staff to guide installation. We also have a professional installation team available.14. Q: What is your warranty period?
A: 3 to 5 years depending on the product type.15. Q: What payment methods do you support?
A: We support various international payment methods, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), PayPal, and third-party platforms such as Payoneer.16. Q: What is your nearest loading port?
A: Shenzhen Yantian Port and Guangzhou’s Nansha Port or Huangpu Port are all very close to us. It mainly depends on where your freight forwarder is located; we can ship through any of them.
