Steel Heavy Duty Racking for Industrial Warehouses
Steel heavy duty racking is a high load-bearing and high-strength racking system specially designed for industrial warehousing. It is widely used in large-scale warehouses, logistics centers, and manufacturing factories. Made of premium cold-rolled Q235B steel with an electrostatic powder coating surface, this racking system offers excellent rust and corrosion resistance, a stable structure, and long service life. Pallet storage can be flexibly combined to significantly improve warehouse space utilization and management efficiency.
This heavy-duty racking system is ideal for storing palletized goods. Each layer supports between 1000 kg and 5000 kg, and the level spacing is fully adjustable. Racks can be configured for 2–3 pallets per level based on standard sizes like 1200×800 mm, 1200×1000 mm, or 1200×1200 mm.
The maximum height can reach up to 11 meters, allowing full use of vertical warehouse space. Components include upright frames and cross beams, and customers may add wire mesh, steel decking, or wooden panels as needed.

3. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For standard models, we have sufficient materials in stock. For quantities less than 500 pcs, delivery takes 3–7 days. For customized models, delivery depends on the quantity. Typically 7–15 days. We can finish production within 15 days for orders under 332 CBM (around 9 containers).
4. Q: What is your term of payment?
A: 40% deposit in advance, balance by T/T before delivery.
5. Q: What is the trade term?
A: Generally EXW or FOB. Other terms can be negotiated.
6. Q: What size are the shelves?
A: Size is customized according to your pallet. You can tell us size of your pallet, then our engineer can suggest size for your racks.
7. Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A: No MOQ is required. However, if your order is under 10 pcs and cannot be combined with other goods in a container, we suggest you buy from the local market to avoid high international freight.
8. Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes, samples are available anytime. Due to the large size of our racks, we recommend checking raw materials first. If you already have a container ready for shipment, you can order any quantity you need.
9. Q: What if problems occur during installation?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions. If needed, our engineers can guide you via phone, FaceTime, or video call.
10. Q: Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
A: Yes, we have rich experience in customizing racking systems for OEM and ODM projects.
11. Q: What is the difference between main rack and add-on rack?
A: Main racks have two uprights and can stand alone. Add-on racks have one upright and must be connected to a main rack.
12. Q: How are the racks packed?
A: Usually flat packed with air bubble film. Wooden box packaging is also available upon request.
13. Q: What if we can’t install it ourselves?
A: For large-scale racking or mezzanine floor projects, we can send technical staff to guide installation. We also have a professional installation team available.
14. Q: What is your warranty period?
A: 3 to 5 years depending on the product type.
15. Q: What payment methods do you support?
A: We support various international payment methods, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), PayPal, and third-party platforms such as Payoneer.
16. Q: What is your nearest loading port?
A: Shenzhen Yantian Port and Guangzhou’s Nansha Port or Huangpu Port are all very close to us. It mainly depends on where your freight forwarder is located; we can ship through any of them.
